My son Jack, as well as my two nieces and many of my friends’ children have all attended Broughton Pre School. Jack attended four days a week and I would drop him off feeling completely assured that he was safe, happy and thriving. Each member of staff would bring their own special qualities and welcome the children each day with a warm, caring reception. <\/em><\/div>\n

Due to the small numbers, as a parent, you are confident that no matter how big or small, each child’s needs are fully met. We are always informed of our child’s day activities, not just at pick up time but also during the day via photos etc. on the ClassDojo app which is extremely effective for communication. I am so happy that Jack was able to attend this wonderful, nurturing environment and thanks to them, he is ready to progress to reception and new challenges with happiness and confidence, both socially and emotionally. Jack has made some very special memories that he will hopefully carry with him through the years.<\/em><\/div>\n

Since starting at Broughton Preschool a year ago, my son has come on in leaps and bounds \u2014 especially with his social and language skills. It\u2019s such a lovely, small setting where the children, both younger and older, all get to know each other well, and the teachers are able to spend real quality time with each child.<\/em><\/p>\n

The forest school approach has been perfect for my son \u2014 he absolutely loves spending time outdoors, and there\u2019s plenty of space for exploring and learning through nature. Throughout the year, there have been so many fun and engaging activities for the children, from local walks to themed days, and even lovely events where families can join in, like the Easter egg hunt and sports day.<\/em><\/p>\n

The teachers genuinely give it their all, and it really shows. My son absolutely loves it at Broughton Preschool \u2014 we couldn\u2019t be happier!<\/em><\/p>\n

Broughton Pre-School is an absolute hidden gem. The staff are incredibly caring and have gone above and beyond to nurture and support both of our children. Both of our children have made excellent progress here not just in their early academic development, but socially and emotionally too. They\u2019ve formed wonderful friendships and grown in confidence, curiosity, and kindness.<\/em><\/p>\n

The children are encouraged to learn about different cultures, explore various careers, and take part in exciting trips and excursions that broaden their horizons. The community spirit is also something really special, seasonal events at Easter, Christmas and in the summer are always a highlight and so well organised, bringing families together in celebration.<\/em><\/p>\n

We will be so sad when our daughter moves on, she honestly couldn\u2019t have had a better start. We\u2019re incredibly grateful for everything the team at Broughton Pre-School\u00a0 has done for our family.<\/em><\/p>\n

We are so grateful we choose Broughton Pre school for our two boys! The staff truly go above and beyond for the children and their families, nothing is ever to much trouble and the love and care they pour in to the children shows the moment you step foot into Preschool. Our youngest child really struggled with being separated from us when he first started but the staff were incredible and showed so much love, care and patience towards him he is now thriving, and we can see he really trust the staff and runs in to Preschool with the happiest of smiles and comes home exactly the same. I honestly believe he would have never settled like this at any other nursery\/Preschool and we will always in debt to the staff for everything they have done for our boys. Broughton Preschool is more than outstanding!<\/em><\/p>\n

\u200bWe cannot speak highly enough of this outstanding preschool. It has been truly amazing for our daughter \u2014 not only has she loved her time there, but it has also played a huge part in building her confidence and independence. The staff are nurturing, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. We\u2019ve seen our daughter flourish both socially and emotionally since starting here. \u200bBroughton Pre-School is a warm and welcoming place and my son has loved it since the first day we looked around. The staff are friendly and really get to know your child so you know they are being left in safe hands and are well looked after. The facilities are fantastic, encouraging open-ended play and learning in a fun way, and the development we have seen in my son over the last two years is amazing. We are looking forward to my daughter starting her journey in September.<\/em><\/p>\n

As parents, finding the right preschool for our daughter, Reese, was a top priority, and choosing Broughton Preschool has been one of the best decisions we\u2019ve made. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. The teachers and staff, especially Miss Clark, are exceptionally dedicated, nurturing, and attentive to each child\u2019s individual needs.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Miss Clark has played such an important part in Reese\u2019s development. Her patience, creativity, and kindness have made a significant impact on Reese, helping her to blossom both socially and academically. The curriculum, combined with Miss Clark\u2019s engaging teaching style, keeps Reese excited to go to preschool every day.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

We are particularly impressed with the emphasis on outdoor play and exploration. The outdoor facilities are exceptional, providing a safe and stimulating environment for Reese to develop her physical skills and connect with nature. From the playground to the garden areas, the outdoor space encourages creativity and fosters a sense of adventure.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

I could not speak more highly of Broughton Pre-School. My son, Ethan had previously attended a well known private nursery. Moving him to Broughton Pre-School was the best thing I ever did, since moving there Ethan has really come out of his shell and developed into his personality.<\/em><\/p>\n

With all the indoor and outdoor facilities available, they have given Ethan the tools to become more comfortable, independent and confident. He has also grown developmentally in his social, emotional, physical and literacy skills.<\/em><\/p>\n

Being supported by his key worker Miss Unsworth and all other members at Broughton Pre-School, has helped him immensely. Ethan speaks so highly of all the staff members as well as all his peers here at Broughton Pre-School, you can see he is very proud to be apart of the Broughton Pre-School family.<\/em><\/p>\n

Broughton pre school has been the best Preschool\/childcare facility by far. We have tried many nurseries for our children and we were so impressed by Broughton Pre school. The teachers\/carers\/key workers for the children are beautiful people. So kind and gentle. Our daughter flourished here made amazing friends and will be really sad to leave. Both of our children have attended Broughton pre school and I can\u2019t recommend them enough. The way they look after and care for the children is fantastic, they pay attention to the childs development and record their journey in an amazing way! Broughton pre school is like a home from home for children and their parents too. It\u2019s a place where they thrive and learn. Not only do they learn the essentials in preparation for school but they learn important life skills, how to socialise with their peers, show empathy, kindness and learn to become independent in many different tasks.<\/em><\/p>\n

The pre school staff go above and beyond for the children and treat them with care and love as if they were their own.<\/em><\/p>\n

My second child to go here leaves this summer and not only will he miss pre school but we as parents will also miss pre school. We can only hope that as he moves into primary school that the teachers provide the same nurturing and care the staff at pre school have provided.<\/em><\/p>\n

They are patient, understanding and caring.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is a pre school that isn\u2019t based on a business model to make money but a pre school based on helping children thrive as they should.<\/em><\/p>\n

I only wish I had found this pre school sooner for my older two children as well.<\/em><\/p>\n

Absolutely fantastic setting. Had both of my girls here and one is still going to attend until she is of school age. Both girls loved and enjoyed it here. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and informative on your child\u2019s day, what they\u2019ve done, ate etc. They make you feel very welcome and a fun environment for your child to learn and play. Couldn\u2019t ask for a better place to of had my children. The staff are just outstanding and the progress that the children make is amazing<\/em><\/p>\n

Broughton Pre-School is the definition of hidden gem. After a tricky start at a previous nursery, I was anxious about transitioning my son to a new setting; Broughton Pre School. I am so glad I made this decision. The staff strike a wonderful yet tricky balance between nurture and academia. Each and every child is loved whilst boundaries are held, modelling how to fulfil a kind and happy life. I never imagined my son could make so much progress both socially and academically. I have had two of my children here at Broughton Pre- school, my oldest son is leaving for school this term and he is more than ready to be going, he has thoroughly enjoyed his time here. Both boys are always happy to come to pre school and always leave very happy. They really enjoy coming and tell me lots about their days. They particularly enjoy going for walks and playing outside all the time. And also receiving the letters they post at home.<\/em><\/p>\n

I would recommend Broughton Pre School to everyone, the staff here are very friendly, helpful and caring and I can\u2019t wait for my youngest to start next year.<\/em><\/p>\n

Harley only started pre school a few months ago, but since day one he has loved coming to pre school. I can already see that he has come on so much already in the short time he has been at pre school. I have no doubt that that all this is due to the staff\u2019s caring and welcoming nature. He is always excited to go to pre school and loves talking about all the new friends he has made there. I\u2019m looking forward to seeing Harley journey at pre school and can\u2019t thank the staff enough for making us all feel so welcome and taking such good care of our little boy<\/em><\/p>\n
