'The leadership and management is outstanding, with staff being led by a very strong and committed management team, who are very forward thinking and actively plan for change. The staff work exceptionally well together as a team and support each other in their roles.'

Key Worker
Our key worker system gives each member of staff a particular responsibility for just a few children. Each child is allocated a member of staff when they begin pre-school. This staff member is responsible for record keeping, observing and ensuring that the curriculum is meeting each child's needs. Please ask a member of staff about your child's key worker if you are unsure or have any questions. A display list is kept in the porch area outlining all the children's designated key workers.
