Sessions and Payment

We are open from 7.45am until 5:30. We operate in a flexible way to meet your needs.

Sessions include

Breakfast	7.45am- 9am	£3.50
Morning session	9am -11.30am	£9.50 (government voucher can be used)
Lunch time	11.30-12.30am	£3.80
Afternoon	12.30-3pm	£9.50 (government voucher can be used)
After school care	3pm- 5.30pm	£6

Children can attend any combination of these sessions to meet your needs but we do recommend two sessions per week to ensure that children benefit from our provision.

Payment
Due to the fact that we are OFSTED inspected we are able to accept government vouchers. If you child is not eligible for vouchers the fees are £3.40 per hour. Fees are usually paid on a half termly basis but can be paid weekly or monthly by arrangement. Invoices will be sent out prior to the holiday and prompt payment would be appreciated on return. Unfortunately we have to ask for full payment even if your child is absent, as our bills still have to be met.

Government Vouchers
Every child is entitled to 5 government funded sessions after the term of their third birthday until they go to school
E.g. if your child turns 3 in March they will be able to have 5 government funded sessions in the summer term.
We sort out the paper work with regards to this and the money is paid directly to us.

We also accept other vouchers according to which company you use. i.e. busy bees child care vouchers etc.
